No two commercial kitchens are alike, and Extraction Canopy can cater to all kinds of commercial operations with our range of kitchen canopies. For kitchens using only electrical cooking equipment, a canopy of 1000-1200mm depth is required, while for larger operations making use of different types of equipment, including gas cookers and steaming ovens, a canopy with a depth more in the region of 1500mm is more suitable. All commercial kitchen ventilation systems from Extraction Canopy are made with grade 430 stainless steel and come complete with drip trays and stainless steel baffle filters.
