The Extraction Canopy Re-circulation Canopy is designed only for use with “Light to Medium Duty Electric Catering Equipment”

The System works on the principle of drawing contaminated air through 4 stages of filtration before being returned back into the kitchen environment

The Extraction Canopy RE-Circulation Canopy will not reduce the air temperature within the kitchen

• Stainless Steel Type 304/430  with Satin polish Finish to all Visible Panels
• Grease Filters:   Stainless Steel Baffle      Removable & Washable   
•  Mounted in Full Length Internal Plenum
• 3^rd Stage Filters      Odour Pleat Panels Disposable Mounted in Upper Chamber
• Fan:                       Centrifugal 1phs with Enclosed Motor (IP44)

                                       Sound Levels : 58dB  (Standard Housing)

                                       47dB   (with Optional Extra S2 Silenced Fan Housing)

Fans are Sized to Suit Canopy Lengths. Based on Medium Duty Air Flow

Supplied with Speed Control mounted in Front panel recess

Lighting: Optional Extra    (to give 500lux at Work Level)

Electrics: Supplied with 13 amp Sealed Plug                               

Fixing Points:    3 Top & 3 Rear
