MECHANICAL AIR SUPPLY
To meet current regulations 85% of extracted air must be replaced by mechanical means with fresh filtered air

Fire dampers
All extraction systems are designed using suitable size and type of fan to provide adequate ventilation of the kitchen, and to meet any CORGI or Local Authority regulations.
